About Mr. Waters Minimize

I hope your summer has been as great for you as it has been for me!  Even though summer has flown by I am extremely excited to begin this new adventure.

Let me start by telling you a little about myself.  I am from Oak Ridge, Tn, birthplace of the atomic bomb!  I graduated from Roane State Community College with an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education.  I have also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Tennessee Temple University.  My parents, Darris and Jill Waters, currently live in Oak Ridge, Tn.  My only brother Adrian lives in Chattanooga.  I have a strong Christian background with my father being a Baptist pastor and my mother a dedicated Sunday school teacher.  In my church I pride myself in giving the things that the Lord has blessed me with in His service.  Some of the ministries I am involved in are the praise team, V.B.S teacher, and play a couple of instruments for our church choirs.

Even though this is my first year, I believe that the Lord has equipped me to succeed in this ministry.  God has blessed me to have wonderful mentors placed around this school.  My goal as a teacher is to provide your child with a safe, Christian, and solid academic environment.  I am not only interested in your child's academic success, but their eternal well-being.  Together we can make this a great year!
