All art classes are hands on with projects at grade level.  Some of the projects include:  pencil drawing, pen and ink, linoleum block printing, acyrlic painting, watercolor painting,oil painting, calligraphy,oil pastel, point perspective,clay sculpture, clay pottery (slab and coil), and cartooning.

Students will begin the year with a study on the Elements of  Art. This is the only test requirement.  All projects must be finished at the end of each semester. Final grades will reflect a Conduct/Clean up evaluation. All students are responsible to care for class equipment  as well as leaving personal workspace clean.
