Community Service

Students at Grace are encouraged to be strongly community minded. The Academy endeavors to equip each student with a Christ-like heart of service through various opportunities in and around the campus and the community.

Grace Academy challenges students to be involved in many areas of servant leadership so they may stretch and grow. Our students may participate in national organizations such as Beta Club, National Honor Society, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes as well as leadership classes and student government. These opportunities enable students to experience leading within a group as well as learning to work collectively for the good of others.

The different school divisions participate in various ministry projects that impact the Chattanooga community as well as the world. Groups from Grace have participated in local community service projects for Toys for Tots, local animal shelters, the Ronald McDonald House, Chattanooga Community Kitchen, Kids on the Block, Necessities for the Needy, Race for the Cure, Arthritis Foundation, Hospice of Chattanooga, T.C. Thompson Children’s Hospital, and others.
