Iron Eagles Strength & Conditioning & Athletic Training

The Grace Strength and Conditioning program, known as the Iron Eagles, is founded on Proverbs 27:17, “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” The ultimate goal is for Golden Eagle athletes to perform at their highest level and remain injury free. We use a combination of strength training, agility drills, plyometric drills, conditioning, and mobility training to help each athlete achieve his or her potential. The Iron Eagles employs Proverbs 27:17 by creating an atmosphere that encourages athletes to become the best version of themselves by encouraging one another, pushing each other, and holding one another accountable. Participation in the Iron Eagles program is open to all high school students as a class, and as a before and after school program. This program is offered to all Grace Academy students as we strongly believe physical development is essential to our well-being and is mandated through Scripture.

“I love Grace Athletics! I see all the athletes as if they are my own kids, and I love to watch them compete and grow on and off the field. Athletics challenges athletes to live out their testimonies during competition, and gives them the chance to glorify our Lord with their actions and abilities."

Athletic Training

Athletic training encompasses the prevention, examination, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of emergent, acute or chronic injuries and medical conditions. Our Athletic trainer carries out rehabilitation programs for injured athletes, specializes in preventing, diagnosing, and treating muscle and bone injuries and illnesses.
