Employment Opportunities at Grace Academy
Serve With Us
With a distinguished 40-year legacy of excellence and a transformative campus overhaul underway, we stand at the intersection of tradition and innovation—honoring our past while boldly stepping into the future with a brand-new school.
That future, however, was forged through unimaginable devastation. Just before midnight on Easter Sunday, April 12, the campus of Grace Baptist Church and Academy was struck by a Category 3 tornado, causing catastrophic damage to the entire campus. The destruction was so severe that 15 structures—totaling over 148,000 square feet—were lost and now must be rebuilt. Only the Children's Center could be salvaged, undergoing a complete remodel and reopening to once again serve over 100 children, from infants to 4 year olds.

Yet, in the wake of devastation, God’s provision was evident. Grace Baptist Academy found an unexpected blessing in nearby Morris Hill Baptist Church, which opened its doors and embraced our school community, offering their facilities as a temporary home during the reconstruction of our new campus. Their generosity and partnership have allowed us to continue our mission, ensuring that our legacy of excellence endures even as we build for the future.
Amid this dramatic narrative authored by our great God and Savior, it must be recognized that the driving force mobilizing Grace Academy to achieve its mission is our faculty and staff. Together with our school families, they create a community that is safe, supportive, engaging, and God-honoring. It is no exaggeration when people call our school "the Grace Family."
At Grace Baptist Academy, our faculty and staff are united in their commitment to our Statement of Faith and regularly attend an evangelical, Bible-believing local church. We prioritize the integration of a Biblical worldview into every aspect of our school, ensuring that faith and learning are seamlessly woven together. Our school is deeply invested in creating a dynamic and engaging environment where teachers bring enthusiasm and energy to the classroom. Our mission extends beyond instruction—we are dedicated to the discipleship of our students. We seek educators who are not only passionate about teaching but also eager to mentor students one-on-one and in small groups, guiding them in their spiritual growth and walk with Christ.
If you feel called to join our team at Grace Baptist Academy, we invite you to explore our current opportunities below. We encourage you to submit your application, and if your qualifications align with our needs, we will reach out to discuss the next steps, including a potential interview.

HONOR TO WHOM HONOR IS DUE
Each year our School Board honors specific members of our faculty and staff on completed "years of service". This takes place at our annual Christmas Dinner. We believe that honoring our teammates for their hard work and diligence is both humbling and rewarding. We look forward to this every year as it facilitates a refreshing and positive atmosphere for our faculty and staff.
