It is the biggest gift that most people will ever make. It happens in an instant, once we have taken our final breath here on earth. Our earthly possessions are distributed according to either the plan we made or the plan the state has for those who made no preparations. Bottom line - there is a plan; yours or theirs.

A planned gift is a major gift made during a donor's lifetime - or at death - as part of an overall financial and / or estate plan. Planned Giving, or Legacy Giving, allows a donor to support their chosen non-profit(s) in ways that they perhaps could not from ordinary income.

Free legal assistance is available for help with Planned Giving.
