Affording Grace Academy
Christian education is not a commodity; it is both a ministry and a commitment. And most importantly, it is a partnership. Those who prioritize a Christian education realize that tuition is an investment in your child and their future.
Recognizing the sacrifice that our families make to give their children an excellent Christian education, we are committed to providing a highly engaging, Biblically-integrated program at a reasonable market cost to parents.
For that reason, we are committed to our goal that money does not stand in the way of students enrolling at Grace and encourage you to schedule your visit today. Our Principals are happy to answer questions about tuition and, if needed, will also guide you in the financial aid application process.
We are one of the first schools in our area to be approved for the Education Savings Account (ESA) program. Since the Fall of 2023, this opportunity has been offered by the state of Tennessee for qualified residents of Hamilton County.
There are qualifications regarding both household income and residence location. Students must also be enrolling in Kindergarten or transferring into ANY grade at Grace from a public school. If moving from out of state into Hamilton County, the student can transfer into any grade at Grace from any type of school (public, private, home, charter, etc.). You may read more about the ESA program here.
NEW IN 2025, the Tennessee Education Freedom Scholarship broadens the scope of educational opportunities offered by the state from Hamilton County to all residents of Tennessee.
If you are a GBA family who resides in the state of Tennessee, you may be eligible for this scholarship to apply toward your tuition at GBA. Family income level is not the exclusive qualification. Some residents may qualify for both the ESA grant and Freedom Scholarship, but must choose one. To read more about the new Education Freedom Scholarship for Tennessee residents, click here.
For those who do not qualify for either of these new state grants, Grace Academy does provide tuition assistance to support qualified families through other needs-based grants. You can read more about our tuition assistance program below.

Tuition Assistance
While we do not provide full scholarships, we do all we can to assist families who demonstrate a financial need. All families who believe they have financial need must use the application process managed by an on-line, third party vendor called FACTS. Their goal is to confidentially assist in determining financial need for our current and new families. This results in our consideration of providing some assistance from GBA.
Please Note: Any GBA family residing in Tennessee who believes they need assistance must FIRST apply for the Education Savings Account grant (Hamilton County residents only) OR the Education Freedom Scholarship (all residents of Tennessee). Our admissions coordinator can guide you with the application process. To read more about these sources of aid, please use the links provided above.
The only way to submit your application to FACTS for GBA Tuition Assistance is online. If you believe that you qualify for needs-based assistance, you can read more about how to apply by clicking here.
